This schedule applies on the V.B.S. days - Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th         

                                                                                 Monday 9th - Friday 13th.

Showers, etc

Quiet time - (Bible study, prayer, meditation)

Announcements,  devotional, prayer

Last minute set-up

Open doors. Greet and sit with your kids for slides from last year.

9:00

Praise & worship with kids. Leaders should be with their assigned kids and participate. Leaders should not sit together or stand at the back of the hall.

9:30 – 10:15

Activity 1

This includes a daily Bible / Christian living lesson. Other activities are: basketball, volleyball, team building, relays, crafts, parachute games, water games, puzzles  and more!

10:15 – 11:00

Activity 2

11:00 – 11:45

Activity 3

11:45 – 1:00

Lunch with kids, closing worship, dismissal of kids.

1:00 – 2:00

Relax, have a Gatorade, talk to friends.

2:00 – 4:00

Meet with leaders in your respective age groups. Discuss what went well & what didn’t.  How can it be improved for tomorrow? Prayer in group.

Prepare for tomorrow. Prepare lessons, collect supplies. Have all equipment, craft supplies, etc ready. If you finish early see if another group needs help. Eg. marking Bibles, filling water balloons.
