| If your passport expires before Jan 29, 2011 then you will need to renew it. (They will not allow you to travel if you passport will expire within 6 months of travel.)
If you do not have a passport then apply for a passport. Click on http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html. Please advise us of the passport number when you receive it.
Have a BACKGROUND CHECK done if you are 18 years or older.
If you have not had a tetanus
shot since January 1, 2000 then you are required to get one and advise us of the fact.
